Are there any companies currently offering services to rechamber and rebarrel a No. 1 into a Nitro Express caliber?

If you're looking for a custom gun in an odd caliber I'd check with SSK. (http://www.sskindustries.com/)

They make all sorts of wild wildcats and custom guns of nearly every specification. I think they're going to be your best bet.

You may want to check with Hamilton Bowen(Bowen Classic Arms). He does custom work on No. s and doe British big bore chamberings in them.

Won't be inexpensive, but his work is reputed to be world-class. I have seen a couple of the custom Ruger single actions he's done and the workmanship was phenomenal

Just about any competent 'smith can do it - I helped my Dad (he's the smith - not me!) do one in .416 Rigby a few years ago. Plan on a pretty big cost, as the smith will have to factor in the cost of the reamer if he doesn't have one in your chosen caliber.
