3x9x40 4year old prostaff

I found the repair info on their website, so I know where to send it and all. Just wondering if anyone has had one repaired.

I dropped mine a while back and it has a small flatspot on the eyepiece. It worked fine for a long time after that, but now the cross hairs wont move at all.

You think they will charge an arm and a leg? Free warranty?

I'm willing to pay, but will it be worth it?

Warranties are usually good for one year from the purchase date. I had a Nikon product (SLR lens) that I repaired under warranty about 5 years ago. It took about 3-4 weeks I believe.

Call them and find out. I'm sure they'll say something along the lines of "send it in so we can evaluate and get back to you with an estimate".
