I can't find any bulk bullets anywhere, only the pricy kind.

Does anyone have a source for 500 or so?

I think those are meant for 30-30. About 1500fps max.

Keep looking, put your email adress on the "notify me" buttons on the major gun websites. Quickest way to get them or look on several classified forums.

www.odcmp.com shows having loose M2 ball available. Looking in the forums will tell you how long the wait is.

http://www.polygunbag.com/bullets.html Currently shows out of stock, but pick up the phone and call them! You want the 150 gr. flat based M2 bullets, not the M80's. I've bought thousands from him, good man to deal with. Put 'em on top of 47.5 gr. of IMR4895 in cases that have been properly resized and trimmed to length.
