Do H&R Pardners fold in half?

I know some break-action guns can be folded in half without needing to be disassembled, but I cannot remember if the H&R's can or not.

My rifle version cannot; there are a few Italian versions that can, including a Beretta garden model

No. But it is possible to remove the hinge pin and separate it into two pieces easily.

No, they don't fold.
But they take down pretty easily...

They made a 410 in the 40's or 50's that did

They do not. To take them down you have to remove the forearm by removing one screw.

Yup, the forend has to come off. I remember seeing a quick-detach forfend a couple years back.

The older ones you pull off the forearm and break it open and take the barrel off. I have carried and H&R shotgun in a backpack.
