Fast And Furious Scandal: Man Claims To Have Shot U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry

By JORDAN FABIAN (@Jordanfabian)
Jan. 17, 2013
A Mexican national claims to be the man who shot and killed U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, whose death is tied to the "Fast and Furious" gun-walking scandal.

Gustavo Cruz-Lozano, who says he killed Terry, turned himself in on Wednesday on charges related to a separate incident: threatening to kill Hidalgo County, Texas Sheriff Lupe Treviņo.

But before he surrendered himself, Cruz-Lozano said in an exclusive interview with Univision News' daily news magazine show "Primer Impacto" that he murdered Terry during a firefight on Dec. 14, 2010, while the agent was on patrol near the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona. Two AK-47 rifles found at the scene were linked to the botched Operation Fast and Furious, in which the U.S. government sought to track firearms sales to violent drug cartels. But it remains unclear whether those weapons were used to kill Terry.

Someone like this suffering from a sudden bout of conscience? I doubt it.

you gotta think about how mexico works. Someone goes to this guy telling him he either takes the blame for the murder or they execute his family. it's that simple.

Interesting. He is NOT one of the 4 men indicted in July 2012 as being involved in the shooting that night in December of 2010.

From Fox News on July 09, 2012:
The other four are believed to be hiding out in Mexico, and the U.S. is now offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to their arrest. They are: Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga; Ivan Soto-Barraza; Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes; and Lionel Portillo-Meza.

It smells it a little funny. But true or not, I'd like to see the law go after the top guy that knowingly put the weapon in the hands of someone who could commit the crime.

Yes, I'd love to know why Holder is still free. (Obviously because we have a corrupt and tyrannical government but the 'public reason').
