We have all been involved in several boycott threads over the years. I thought it would be good to have a general boycott thread where we can combine our ideas and efforts. Here's my plan, please help me get the word out. Clearly none are obligated to join anyone else's boycotts, but I think we stand stronger united. I will support any boycott that furthers RKBA and hurts those who try to take our rights away. Here's what I propose:

List a place of business you boycott because of their policy or actions.
Explain why
Post a reference with a link - no unsubstantiated rumors or hearsay.

I think it will be good to have them compiled in one place.

I'll go first.

Dicks Sporting Goods
Stopped selling modern sports rifles, such as Remington VTR's, in a misguided attempt to show sympathy for Sandy Hook victims. Such actions represent to he public that Dick's thinks rifles can be evil and perpetuates the false notion that citizens don't need some guns.

Hollywood:

They make tons of movies involving firearms and list them as entertainment. Then the same actors bash firearm ownership. Jamie Fox, Arnold, and the rest of them won't receive a dime of my money.

I will second Cheaper Than Dirt, I drive by it several times a week and used to stop by every so often. It was mostly to look but once I saw what they were charging recently it was an easy decision to not spend my money there ever again.

Cheaper has never been cheaper. I use them to check what the top price to pay should be.
Also, they rarely seem to ever have much of anything in so shopping is a pain.
