Sen. Feinstein is holding a press conference to announce her bill. She stated the bill would include a ban on firearms that incorporate 1 military characteristic. All Firearms that shoot a projectile include 1 military characteristic, correct?

If you look hard enough, every gun has a military heritage. Flintlocks, matchlocks, bolt actions, revolvers, and semi-automatics have all been used by the armies of the world.

Let's not be silly. The military characteristics will be explicitly defined.

The 'military characteristics' are generally; bayonet lug, pistol grip, flash suppressor, telescopic stock, threaded barrel, etc.
