Anyone know anything about these?

I have someone wanting to trade for one of my guns I no longer want.

M&P45c w/Apex FSS, 4 mags etc. I would require cash too.

I'm not a fan of off name guns to begin with, and 9mm 1911 can be hard to get right. Just don't know anything about RIA's other than the finish is generally atrocious.

RIA has a solid reputation for quality & Customer Service. I don't actually know if they could really be considered an "off name" anymore. Is it a Les Baer or Dan Wesson? No. Still solid guns for the $$$.
The finish on my Tactical model .45 has held up fine. It's Parkerized. What's it s'posed to look like? ;)

The reviews I've seen for the 9mm are pretty positive.

I'll never part with my RIA 1911-A2 9mm. Uses Para P18 magazines and has been fantastic for over 15000 rounds.

Cant speak for the 9mm A2 however I have an A1 in .45 and it has been nothing short of fantastic for me.

RIA will get more business from me in the near future when things calm down.

Unfortunately Im currently in a country where most gun websites are banned, leaving google next to worthless in this case. :banghead:

Since this and a few other forums are about my only outlet I came here for info.
