I got the idea to make some varmint rounds for my FAL rifle, was gonna use Hornady 110gr V-max for this. Need to know that with the pointed polymer tip, that these will cycle/feed into the chamber without any problem. Has anyone any experience with these?, or is there a comparable bullet that will work better in the action?

Actually, I doubt the tip will touch anything while feeding so I would give it a try. I can tell you those V-Max bullets are deadly and do what they were designed to do, and they do it very well.

The 110 V-Max cycle in my .300 BLK AR, so why not give it a try.
