That's just too funny! I mean come on the factory is in Briggs and Stratton on Avon, Iowa (home to Billy Bob Shakespeare maybe?), and is relocating to Brigadoon, Scotland (won't they have problems with production since the town only appears every 100 years); this along with a mini revolver in .454 Casull, man is this way over the top!
All in all a very amusing bit of purely contrived wackiness!

It is most certainly not real.
Whether they used Photoshop or not, I can't say.
Read the text.
It's all April-Foolishness a year or more ago.

I was going to say...there's no way you could manage the recoil on something like that.

"Brimstone Edition"! Hahaha. That's funny.
All joking aside, I like the name "Brimstone Edition". Okay, actually the "Judgement Day-Brimstone Edition". That would be a cool name for some HD shotgun. :D

Joe was a manufacturing engineer in an optics factory in LA 13 years ago.
I first read his article "45 Super for $8" in ~ jan 2000
http://www.realguns.com/archives/020.htm
Then the owner of the 45 super name complained he would go broke.
Then Joe wrote a bit about "40 regular":
http://www.realguns.com/Commentary/comar5.htm
That cracked me up.
Now he still has that web site but lives in MA.
You can see the 454NAA joke is in the same form.
I leaned from him. In 1999 I had a huge file of quotes about how I as "crazy and dangerous" with my handloads.
I wrote some fiction about how the same thing could be said about how I make pop corn.
The best medicine for self absorbed nervous Nellies is to laugh.

I don't care how many it would hold. It would have still been a single shot.

the answer came to me like a sharp stick in the eye - Polyphemus, a tough poly formed from Thousacarbonate and Poseidonium.
LOL!

Okay, so would it be possible to pocket carry that .50 BMG? Does anyone have any suggestions for holsters? :D
Photoshop does work miracles.

Yes, I believe it is titanium and weighs 17 ounces.

Wow! Glad I'll never have to shoot it.
My mini says on it NORTH AMERICAN ARMS INC. not NORTH AMERICA ARMS.
Also, I believe that's a 6 hole cylinder, not a 5. On the 5s I have, you cant see that much of 3 bolt lockups at the same time.
Fun picture though.

Frame : Polyphemus (A Cyclopian son of Poseidon)
Grips: Toos Mall Synthetic (too small)
Hardware: Stainless Copernicus (Copernicus was a Polish 15th-16th Century Astronomer).
Safety: 2 Points (in football, a safety is worth 2 points).
These, among other points of note in the description, lead me to believe this is a gag.
