I have always wanted a Cooper rifle, don't know why, just did. Well yesterday I went to the local LGS and immediately my eye caught the attention of something new sitting on the shelf. I have looked at a lot of new Coopers but just didn't like the look of the composit stocks and nothing in wood fancied me.
Anyway there sitting on the shelf was a used Cooper. It was the wood that caught my eye, and it was a 223 vzarmiter and found out it was made in 1995 and still had the origional target and other papers that came with it and it was mint. Supposedly the the guy has shot a box of 50 thru it in all the time he had it.
Coopers aren't cheap but this one was priced right I think and I wanted it and thats what matters. Did I need it???????? I have another brand varmiter in 223. Anyway I got it home and the wife didn't see me bring it in. I topped it off with a Vortex Vipor HS in 4-16x44 w/ sunshade. Now just waiting till the prairie dogs come out in the spring. Think it will be a keeper

Without getting too nosy, could you please kinda maybe define what 'was priced right' would be? You know, just for us poor, 4 figure droolers here?....:D
