Just curious if anyone has a good source for Browning Citori Parts?
I have a Type III that I think is an early model. It is a lightning styled gun with the POW stock. It appears someone got a bit rough with the forearm and cracked it a bit. I know that MGW and Brownells carry parts but I am thinking I might like to do something unique with this shotgun.
The outside of the gun is rough too and a candidate for a good Cerakote job.
Anyhow if you know of a parts source outside the normal channels let me know.

Mmmmm?

Are you looking for cheap Chinese rip-off parts for a Citori?

Or real Browning parts for a Citori??

I would highly recommend the former.

Browning parts are only sourced through a few trusted Browning parts vendors.
And thats where you want to get them.

You might try Brownell's and see if they have what you need.
They sell real Browning parts too.

Interesting
I had no idea the Chinese were making knockoff parts for the Citori.
I will avoid them for sure, but I'm curious where they are found and what to look for so I can avoid them.

I was joshing you.

Nobody is making Browning Citori parts except Browning.

The point I was trying to make is only a few places are allowed by Browning to sell thier parts.
I don't think you are going to find them any cheaper one place then another though.

What a fish I am.
Just set the hook and reel me in.....
I was hoping to find some off the beaten path place that might have something other than what the big stores have..

Don't let the Chinamanese hear you say that, or they will have part's out in a week.

Cheap was not the motivation... but to find a bargain is always nice. I like to do a lot of things on my own when I can. That usually means un-conventional sources.

If you find a place with parts and options, let me know. I have the basic Citori, and can't find anything to "upgrade" it with.
