What's a fair price in today's market for a 19?

If you go by Gunbroker it is whatever the buyer is willing to pay. From I have heard NIB G19s have been selling for $1200.00, which is beyond absurd.

Before the panic Gen 3s were about $489-$500 and $530 for Gen 4s in my area.

My advice is wait until this insanity dies down before buying.

Well before the Great Panic of 2012 a used 3rd Generation Glock 19 with all the stuff, two mags, loader, papers, brush and fired case. They were selling for $385 to $430 depending on where in the Tampa Area the store or gun show was.
After that time who could say some people will pay way too much.

I paid 549 for a new Gen 3. Probably overpaid but they had some.

$529 for a Gen3 with two 15 rounds magazines; $579 for a Gen4 with three 15 round magazines. Those are current LGS prices as of last Saturday.
