22 MAG cylinder - recognize it?

Picked this up in a parts lot and trying to identify it.
I've heard H&R 649 or maybe an Italian Colt replica? Have you seen one and do you know what it goes to? It has 22 MAG stamped on the side and the letters PSF stamped on the face of the cylinder. Also, an insignia with two crossed swords. Check out the pictures and tell me what you know or think.

The PSF indicates its Italian I think. Maybe a uberti?

That is out of a Ruger Single Six..................

That's not a Single Six cylinder. The short, narrow flutes look more like a Heritage Rough Rider or its FIE predecessor.

PSF is the Italian mark for smokeless powder. Likely an F.I.E. import.

Looks just like the cylinder in my Rough Rider.

Rough Rider mag cylinders are not fluted.
