I have a Gen4 G26, and I also have a full-capacity G17 mag for it.
I found these (http://www.glockstore.com/parts-accessories/mag-parts-extensions/magazine-sleeve-for-glock) online, a sleeve that slides over the bottom of the mag to basically extend your grip, turning your G26 into a shorter-barreled G17. However, these are just flush, and don't provide the finger groove for your pinky. Does anyone know of a company that makes/sells a similar product that offers a finger groove, or is this one my only option?

No, never seen any and I've been using these type sleeves for years. When using model 17 magazines in either the 17 or the 26, I find the grip length long enough to provide full purchase. My hands are on the large size and I wear XXL gloves.

Pearce makes the one I have. Rubbery feel, has contours for your pinky... Feels nothing like the grip, though.

Why not just buy a gun that fits your mitt in the first place?

I bought two of those pieces of $*** for my G20 magazines- don't waste your money. I'm talking about the one in the link in the OP, not the Pierce.
Plastic molding technology has come a long way since 1915, but that company isn't aware of it. They don't fit right, even after you fit them to your gun. The set-screw causes a gap to open in the front when you tighten it.
Seriously, don't bother. Wait for someone to make them properly.
Did I mention they SUCK?
Now you know.

You could also learn to shoot without your pinky on the G26, regardless of if the magazine in the gun is flush-fit or extended. Hikock45 on youtube made me a believer of this, and I recommend his videos on miniature Glocks and grip with regard to this issue. I was surprised at the level of control I had without aftermarket accessories.

Is it difficult to use a full length mag in a g26 without a sleeve? When I had my 26 I had an aftermarket 30 rounder without a sleeve and I never had any problems with it.

I don't think so. If the shooter isn't looking for a place to put their pinky on a flush fitting magazine, there's no change going to other length magazines.
I have heard that the sleeves and pinky extension base plates can pinch.
