Posting Pictures

A lot of folks like to post pictures here on THR. I'd like to too, but all I can do is attach mine, and you can only attach them once.
So then. What's a good website or online server that I can get a free account with (preferably) that will allow me to post pictures directly in threads here on THR?
Thanks.

I went to Albinator.com. Let's see if it works.

Cool. It works.
The above photo is my CZ-97B and Smith 25-5. Didn't come out very well, but then, I'm no photographer and was using an old Canon 35mm.
I think the problem was poor lighting, maybe?

Nice, how much webspace do they give you?

Not much. 1 Meg, I think, but don't quote me on that. I'd be willing to pay for a place if it wasn't much and gave me more space.

FotoTime.com (http://www.fototime.com) will let you try them out for a month free. I've been using it for about 1.5 years now. I has a pretty good UI.

Check out the technical support forum. You'll find a way to post them directly from your hard drive and without using a hosting service.

That works too. (This is a pic I attached in a previous post. It's an actual ashtray from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Chicago. For as expensive as that place was, the rooms were small and they didn't even have coffee makers in them.)

What??? That's like putting a range in your back yard and calling it a No-Fire Zone.
An even better picture would have had a half-smoked cigarette perched on the edge of the ashtray.

See? It's on topic. There's a gun.
Oh, before anyone starts, that's an engagement ring. She's married, now. Sorry, boys.
This is my student. I gave her that rifle. She is my greatest achievement; went from not knowing or thinking much about guns to "they can have when they pry it from my cold dead fingers" in just over a year.
Gave her a .357 as a wedding present...

An experiment:

It worked.
To have an attached image appear in your post, click on the image link, save the image URL, then edit your post, click the IMG button and put the attached image URL in the box. You can even insert an image you've attached elsewhere on the boards, as I've done here.

cough;I guess I could be one of those people tehehe!
Nightcrawler Im using photobucket.com.They give you a generous amount of space to post pics,a gigabyte I think. Also for high rez pics photobucket automatically resizes them, yet keeps the rez high. There some other sites I have'nt tried yet but Im happy with photobucket.

Fella's;
For all these supposed pictures, I see a little red x in a white box. Whoopee-ding.
For what it's worth, the easiest site I know of to post a pic directly off your own computer into a thread is www.baitshopboyz.com. How they do it, I don't know, but it's the only place I bother to even try to post a pic.

yep Im seeing the red X also. Am I suppose to hit it at 100yds?
when I have a small amount of pics and not big in file size I attach them to the board but to save bandwidth and because I enjoy sharing ALOT of pics then I use photobucket as a host for large threads.

I've been using content-type.com/ (http://www.content-type.com/). If I need to go back and re-post a picture, there is a list of all the attachments you have made here in the user CP.
Oh, and I can't see any pictures in this thread.:scrutiny:

Those are sweet looking red X's!

You're all seeing red x's because this thread was over 3 years old when it was resurrected from the dead. (Zombie threads were supposed to be in the Zombie Discussion forum. ;) )
The photos are probably gone from the original sites where they were posted.
There's not much point in keeping it alive, and it should have been in the Tech Support forum anyway.
