The Wilson trimmer is the best of the lathe type trimmers.

I really like the Hornady cam lock for right at $70
A little toward the high end, but I think you get what you pay for in this trimmer.

For the cost you can't beat these:

http://leeprecision.com/case-conditioning-tools/case-trimming-tools/case-length-gauge-holder/
I did 100 or so 223 the other night. It does a pretty good job and it's so easy, a cave man could do it. I chuck the bit into my cordless drill and go at it. For less than 20 bucks even if you hate it and use it 1 time you're out almost nothing. Most big box hunting stores keep them in stock too. They do around here anyway.

The Lee trimmer is about as reasonable as it gets particularly if you are trimming small quantities of cases.
Easy to change cartridges, easy to power. Putting cases in the shell holder then removing them gets a bit tedious.
I also like the L E Wilson trimmer with a micrometer adjuster and Sinclair Shark Fin lock handle but again, it gets tedious if you have lots to trim.
If you have a large volume of cases to trim of one cartridge, there are better trimmer choices but they cost more.

Lee has a new universal quick detach chuck for their trimmers that doesn't require unscrewing the case head holder. I picked one up at the last gunshow but haven't gotten around to trimming any cases yet. You can install it on the Zip Trim or buy a spindle to use it with a drill.

Lee trimmers work good....zip trim is real nice with the speed chuck. I have a willson and it is good too. But I would have to say the horandy cam lock is fast. The horandy is the last one I purchaser and if I would do it over it would be the first and probably only.

Lee trimmers. Then get the Zip Trim. Makes it fast and easy and very cheap.

Another vote for the lee lock stud cutter and case gauge used in a cordless drill. VERY precise, inexpensive, and easy.

What you need for this:
1.Lee Zip Trim Chuck
2.Lee Zip Trim Spindle
3.Lee cutter with ball grip
4.Lee cutting guide for each caliber
5.Lee chamfer tool for outside chamfer
If you want an inside chamfer, too, get a second chamfer tool to setup. It's faster having two separate tools mounted to the bench. I don't use any inside chamfer.

Another Lee fan here. I've been using the Lee for many moons now and not only is it extremely inexpensive, but it does a very nice job, and it can be operated off a drill.
The nice thing about this system is when you need to add a cartridge to the list, all you have to buy is the threaded shell holder and the length gauge, which is only about $7 or $8.

I have a Forrester, RCBS, and a bunch of the Lee sets. I use the Lee sets the most hands down. If I am trimming 20 brass of something I will never hardly shoot I use the RCBS so I do not have to buy the Lee length gauge, If I do many I chuck the Lee cutter/stud assy in a drill press and use the base as a stop and go for it.:D

Possum Hollow all the way. Use a drill or better find a cheap drill press at a garage sale and you are good to go.

I think the Giraud is just a leetle bit more than $70. :D
I've been happy with the Hornady cam lock.

I have possum hollow for 223 and WFT for 308 and they both work extremely well in my drill.
My hands get extremely tired though from holding the brass as I trim in bulk.

Lee is coming out with a new trimmer soon. I don't know the price yet. It will trim and chamfer the inside and outside of the case mouth all at the same time. It mounts in a trim die used in a press. I am waiting to find out more.

Possum Hollow. I sold my lathe-style trimmer as soon as these hit the market.
