Kentucky has a bill in the senate doing what others have done, making any further federal gun laws unenforceable in Kentucky.

Call fellow Kentuckians and show your support for SB129.

(1) Any federal law, rule, regulation, or order created on or after January 1, 2013, including any amendment or other change made after January 1, 2013, to a preexisting federal law, rule, regulation, or order, shall be unenforceable within the borders of Kentucky if the law, rule, regulation, order, amendment, or other change attempts to:
(a) Ban or restrict ownership of a semi-automatic firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory; or
(b) Require any firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory to be registered in any manner.

I hope that enough of us ban together in every state with this type of legislation to inform the federal government of the way we feel, and let them know that we will not give up our God given rights!

There is some sunshine in this mess. I am hopeing that they have kicked a hornets nest here. What was it the Japanese general said after Pearl Harbor? I fear we have wakened a sleeping giant. The gunowners of this country just may be a similar giant.
