I have bought/sold a number of long guns on GB but never handguns. I intend to sell a few now. Would be very happy to sell them here on THR as well, but am ignorant of many of the finer points. Reading up on GB rules, etc. but in general I as a non FFL can ship long guns to an FFL. Does this apply to handguns as well, assuming local/state issues are addressed? Any other land mines I need to be aware of? Thanks in advance.

IF the receiving FFl accepts, yes you can - BUT you cannot use the USPS and Fedex and UPS will require overnight (expensive), so it might be cheaper to use a FFL on your end because he CAN use USPS flat rate boxes

That ATF FAQ is wrong. If you read the actual citations it refers to youll see that it contradicts the law it quotes.:cuss:
