Folks,
I'm looking for a resource for motorola radios. I have three DPS radios that are fantastic. But they have been discontinued, and the new products are much less expensive (cheap?). I want to know if there are pros or cons to my radios vs. the newer generation.
The specific questions I have are: availability of accessories? Difference in TX/RX on my vs. the newer radios? Difference in codes and channels? Usefulness to a three man "patrol" as compared to the newer models (some of which have GPS and or digital compass features)? Etc...
