Hey Fellas
Well here's my story.... Had/have a bunch of 223/5.56 once fired mix headstamp nice but nothing to write home about, so I figure I will never use all I have so I post it on the Gunbroker, starting price .01 yes 1 cent. Just got home from the range checked my e-mail $256.00 for the lot plus shipping $15.00. told the guy I'll pay the shipping awful big of me huh. Oh yeah 7.62x39 O/F F.C. 100ea Started at one cent $77.00 shipped.
Am I missing something? should I be keeping this stuff? Is it really that bad ?
Are we never to see the shelfs with ammo and reloading supplys again.
Are the day's of the ground being littered with brass gone?
And you know as of late I no longer feel like a brass rat I'm the smartest guy I know. (at this moment)
I know we are going through a shortage/panic what ever, Maybe I'm just not feeling it being all stocked up on supply's. I would be embarrassed and shamed to ask even half these prices but I guess if they are willing to bid them up.
I guess I can buy some over priced supply's that I don't need as of now or keep shooting Black Powder and cast boolits and buy a new used toy.

Doesn't sound like you are gouging them as you started it at $.01. Good for you. I think it is all of the people out there getting into reloading because of the ammo supply.

Actually, there must have been at least 2 bidders with brain damage unless he was bidding against himself! :uhoh:

Remmag hit the nail on the head.

However, I would like to add I have plenty of .223 brass and would discount it $50/1000. ;)
