I had a backorder placed for 12 pounds of powder. 8 for my '06 and 4 for handguns. I no longer needed the handgun powder since i cant find the dies im needing for my LNL. I shot them an email but know itll be days before I get a reply due to this mess. Has anyone ever done this before and will they do it or is it too late to modify an order? I havent been billed yet and they are processing my order in the next few days according to the website.

By the time you get the powder it's extremely possible the dies will be available by then.
I'm sure if the order hasn't been processed they will modify it. I have not tried because the last time I bought the order was processed the same day so I didn't have time to change my mind.

Greetings
Plus if they send the powder you can easily resell it at today's price and recoup your waiting money. Or just hang on to it. I have never felt bad about having an extra 8 pound jug of any powder.

my thoughts exactly missionary, just hang on to the powder it won't go bad. Eventually, you'll get your dies or maybe the powder could be used for a different gun you obtain a few years down the road.

I don't know Powder Valley"s policy but some places cancel your original order and place a new one.You want to check because that would move you down the list

^^ I ordered on december 26th, a week or so later I asked them to adjust my order. It was shipped a day before their scrolling "orders placed today will ship xxx we are currently processing orders from xxx today" informed me that my order was to be shipped.
