So let me preface by saying that this is a model of firearm I am somewhat unfamiliar with. I am to understand that this weapon is not feeding correctly, and I see an issue with the chamber/feed ramp. The chamber protrudes into the barrel, but around the chamber there is some metal that is very thin, and it I uneven and chewed up looking.

This doesn't look like standard wear to me, it looks like maybe someone tried to ream the chamber, or this gun routinely had hot loads in it and maybe the steel around the chamber has kind of stretched. Am I overthinking this, is this unsafe or normal for this type of gun?

Your photo links don't work.

They both take you to a Hot-Mail sign-in page.

I am trying to figure out how to get these pics uploaded in the tech support section.

Just above where you type in your post is a little icon of a mountain & the sun.
Click it and a box opens.

Now go to where your photos are stored and copy the link and paste it in the address box and click O.K.

Then you can go 'advanced' and to 'Preview" to see if it works or not.

You need to select "Go Advanced" and go to manage attachments further down the page and use THR's upload once you browse & select your picture file to show.

My God!
Bigfoot IS real!! :what:

I hate to say it but your prictures are too blurry to tell much.
(Except Big Foot IS real!)

But from what I see in the first photo, it does look like somebody has been digging cases out with a pocketknife or screwdriver because the extractor doesn't work.

You might wade through this link and find out more about the extractor.
