Yeah, posted on an old thread that I didn't go to.
They look like "heel seated" bullets for the old .38 black powder calibers--s/b 0.380 or larger over the front bearing section.

Those things sure had me scratching my head until I did my homework to find out what they were. If anyone locates any plastic shell cases, make sure to PM me. :)
