Just wondering if anyone has either of these and could share their experiences.
Either one of these would be my "dream" shotgun, and one of my LGS has had a KSG in stock at least 3 times.
The price-tag on the UTS is daunting, so I'm thinking the $800 approx. on the KSG would be more realistic, but I'd like to hear from owners of either of these.

Best advice I can give right now is to get a reliable pump or semiauto, and learn to load it fast. No matter how big the magazine, it eventually runs dry.
My last shotgun class (last fall - AAR at http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=676207), a friend had a KSG. He had a few hundred rounds through the gun, but the class still ... did not go well for him. It was an Awerbuck class, and Louis didn't pick on him deliberately, it's just that the KSG did not lend itself to performing well in the drills Louis was running. The KSG was a pain for him to manipulate - too hard to manage, too much to do and keep track of.
I know I sound like an old fuddyduddy (I am) but you would be MUCH better off to spend a few hundred bucks on a decent conventional shotgun, and the rest on a class with a top tier instructor, if you want a serious shotgun and not just a range toy. The new designs do have some things going for them, but as yet they have some ground to cover before they can be counted on.

maybe he already has a conventional shotgun that he runs well. Noone says you can't have an unusual range toy.
I have no personal experience with either but i would pick the UTS-15 on looks alone. It's something you kill aliens with. :p
BTH Hickok45 has videos on YouTube for both of these. His videos are pretty awesome. If not necessarily too heavy on the technical details.
