As far as I know, the 452 uses either a 3/8" (~9.5mm) or 11mm groove base, nothing proprietary. Basically, any set of rimfire rings (for those widths) that you can get at your lock sporting goodsorgun shop will fit.
For over the internet Midway, Natchez, Brownells, Cabelas, etc. will have them.

One note.
I don't recall what the top of the 452 receiver looks like. (I don't have one yet but I do plan on getting a .17 Varmint.) Some rimfire bases are flat like the Ruger 10/22's and some are round like the older round receiver Anschützes. I'm guessing that the 452s are round so keep that in mind and look at the bottom of the rings to match the contour of the receiver.

IIRC, the "American" models have the 3/8" groove, all others have the 11mm grove.
For extensive discussion on CZ's, scopes and rings, go to www.rimfirecentral.com, and use the search function.
edited to correct stupid typo!

THANK YOU, yes I meant 3/8, but my fingers betrayed me. Will now go back and edit.
