I thought I saw a post in where it was stated that the Camelbak Stealth could be worn under a pack. Is this true?

Hate to be non-commital.
However, it depends on the pack.
I know guys who wear them under their older issue Alice packs.
A newer more fitting pack may be an issue.
I find it much better to put the bladder in my pack or strap it to the top of the alice. Keeps me from having 2 sets of straps digging into my shoulders.
The Eagle pack I have now (love it!) has a slot for a bladder built into it with a drinking tube coming out of the top. Hard to beat it.
