How to get a picture and not a thumbnail photo into a thred

In the following thread: http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?p=8820041#post8820041 post #32 I wanted to get a picture not a thumbnail photo into this thred.

I uploaded my picture from my computer, got the THR url and placed it in between the following brackets: [IMG] and [IMG/].

I got the thumbnail photo instead of the picture in the thread.

Where did I go wrong?
