All of you that have cap misfires, here is what I do to the nipples. Never have
Any misfires and my hammer has a very soft blow .

Looks like a good Idea.When I got my first bp gun, I drilled em out ever so slightly and never had any problems since then a Could you tell us what bits you used ? And thanks for the picture:D
