I am needing a Butler Creek style lens cover that doesn't just flip up, but also can be laid back more against the scope. Need one in 43mm. Anyone have options?

I saw that Butler Creek has the "Sidewinder", but I can't find them for sale, and if I found anything, it wasn't in 43mm. Not sure if they are releasing them yet.

I got a Nikon M-223, and it has scope covers that flip up and almost go parallel to the scope. It's 45mm, though.

Any help/suggestions appreciated.
