where can i find a powder charge for a cast 122gr percision bullet using power pistol, unique ,or universal clays ?9mm luger

You should be able to use 124gr Cast load data without issue.

Lyman #49 reloading manual lists a RN and a TC with Unique & PP.

No Universal data though.

Older Alliant data lists Unique & Power PIstol with a 125 which is fine for you to use with a 122 grain.
Reduce the Max charge shown 10% for your starting load.
