Figured I'd put this up here as there are at least a couple of you who appreciate HK pistols. Went to the LGS today and they had one of these for a lot less money than I expected.

The guy I bought it from thanked me for purchasing, saying I saved him from having to purchase it himself.

HK45T with baby pooh brown frame.

You Betcha! I have a USP 40 that is a sweet shooter. Its one of my favorites, it handles all the different 165 & 180 gr. ball ammo that you have to scrounge for these days. I'd like to find a P30 for carry sometime.

Congrats on a sweet pistol. If it were mine, I think I'd refer to it as desert tan though. :D

If Batman carried a gun... that would be it.

Very nice. Made in the USA too. Even better.

Very nice HKGuns.

Last week my LGS had two of those - one in tan and one in OD green. I think the price was $1249. Don't know if they still have one or not. The HK45 is a terrific shooter. I don't own a HK yet but am trying to decide betwwen an P30L or HK45. I may have to go back and see what they have left.

I wish I could find the parts to customize my USP's like the ones Lara Croft used in the Tombraider movies.

Those were stock USP Matches. From my understanding they have longer frames and barrel.

From my understanding they have longer frames and barrel.

The barrel weight was an attachment, the barrel may be the same as an Elite barrel, (same length), the trigger as regular match trigger and the sights just adjustable target sights. If one could find the parts, one should be able to create a USP Match. The trigger and O-rings are certainly available, the barrel probably. The real GRAIL part would be the weight.

... or buy an Elite and be done with it. They're cheaper and easier to find.

LOL, I say that quite often at the LGS where I work.

Wow! Congratulations, very very nice piece. Could it be one of the examples made for the cancelled US SOCOM contract? If so it is even nicer...

For this serial number i would pay 3500$ too bad not in the US.

Awesome. It would be criminal if you don't mount a can. Penalty will be surrendering the weapon to me for use with proper accessory so i'm good either way.

Thanks guys, there are three digits missing from that serial number.....but the good news is those three missing digits are actually consecutive which is kind of nice.

I have an SWR Octane 45HD on order. I still haven't received the part so I can start the federal paperwork, so it will be a while. I guess that also means I can keep the pistol for now as well!

Yeah, yeah, i suppose.

Seriously though, awesome gun. I dig the two tone.

Are you gona stick with the trigger? I'm looking at changing my P2000sk to a V2 or V4. I'd be happy with DA/SA though if it had an external safety though as its my primary carry gun.

I don't mess with triggers, so yes, it will remain stock.

Sweet looking HK45 but you need the "real" HKs....P7 and P9S...they are the ones that I will never get rid of. My EDC M8 w/ a hard chrome finish is all I need. :D

Don't assume I don't already have those bases covered. These are just as real HK as a P7 or P9.

Very nice!

I know there is a dedicated forum for H&Ks (I'm active on HKpro too), but we really need to start a "Show off your H&Ks" picture thread here on THR. This HK45T would be a great way to kick it off!
