"Golden" Bullets?

How do some manufacturers make their bullets the brass color of the case? Like the Winchester white box 45 ACP's.

I beleive the jacketing is brass instead of copper ..

Ditto what Nightwolfe said. Those Win. and Rem. Golden Saber are brass. Are there others?
