Shooting on college campus? Can't be!

March 16, 2004, 12:38 PM
At a community college campus near me there was a shooting, three young men were shot in their car, two died, one in critical condition.

Now isn't that just somethin' considering firearms aren't allowed on college property. Why, the morning news even showed the area and the car where the shooting take place and lo and behold there was a big 'ol sign saying "Gun free zone".

Now, Mr. gun control advocate, will you please explain to me how this horrible thing could happen? And while you're at it, explain to me why maybe, just maybe, if campuses were NOT criminal free fire zones, this would have never happened.

Isn't it just possible the punk that did this might have been a little nervous that a law abiding CCW citizen may have thwarted his plan? And this nervousness may have prevented the act and saved the lives of those three young guys? Or, to your mind, is it better that he didn't have to worry at all, who is going to stop him?

Well, you proud one, in agreement with Schumer/Feinstein, I'm waiting for your answer?

Hmmmm, kind of quiet isn't it? I'm not surprised.

The intolerants aka "Liberals" will NEVER admit it, but they NEED violent criminals to press their totaliltarism onto the unwashed masses.

Battle Creek, MI. The incident occured on the Kellogg Community College campus. It was on the WWMT news and you could probably find the story on the Kalamazoo Gazette's website.

Well, heck, everybody knows college kids don't need to protect their lives.

Ah, another triumph for criminal safe zones! Criminals are once again able to go about their business without concern that their victims may put up any kind of effective defense.

I have such a warm feeling inside knowing that our government protects us. :banghead:

You hit the nail on the head.

One must realize how many agendas would die a natural death - AND - how many jobs would dissolve should there be a perfect Utopia... no BGs.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) with such a diverse personality, economic condition, education, and attitude in (not only) our still growing population, Utopia is not attainable in the foreseeable future.

Frankly, Utopia requires a lot of uniformity. I'm not at all convinced that I want to be in a "uniform" society.

I'll just stay in Yellow - with a tinge of Orange. White is no longer applicable.
