Hi Guys,

Im looking to apply for a few ClassIII stamps.

1. SBR my Draco AK Pistol
2. Silencer for my 22's

As such I am looking at setting up an NFA trust. I've read a number of threads across various forums and blogs and my eyes and head are both spinning.

I like the idea of the trust and the benefits it fords you. Im looking for a place that can do my trust inexpensively. Any recommendations for place to start an NFA trust in Georgia?

I googled and found a few places, but they seem sketchy. I'd like to spend $200 or less If I could. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

A NFA dealer did mine for free, they are no longer in business, but here are some of the larger SOT's & they may offer the same service.

I'm pretty sure that Roy Baker is a member of the GA Bar, so you won't have to worry about the drafter of your trust being charged with practicing law without a license, as COULD be the case if a pawn shop, etc., did your trust for you.
