I purchased Kramer Holster-Shirt a couple of years ago. I tried it out with a Kimber Ultra Carry, a Kel-tec .9mm and my baby Glock in .40 S & W. The only way I could get it to wear comfortably was by balancing out the weight on the other side. It took 2 magazines in all cases to equal enough weight so that the shirt didn't bunch up and pull on my neck or underarm. The other problem I had was that the bottom kept riding up my stomach so that it ended up being more of a bra-holster, especially when I was active. I probably would not recommend them for everyday wear if you carry a lot and definitely not in hot weather as the synthetic material made me sweat a lot more than a cotton undershirt.

I have one and it works well when I use it. I dont use it all the time, but it definitely has its uses. I carry either my Commander and a double reload, or 1 or 2 SIG P230's. You can easliy hide a full sized pistol under a dress shirt(not fitted), but the smaller guns are easier, more comfortable, and you feel less self concious. It kind of strange to have all that on under a dress shirt and not feel like everyone is looking at you. If you get one, I would do as they suggest and get it one size smaller, it will be snug but not uncomfortable and the gun will not move around on you. I wear mine over a cotton undershirt. Its a lot more comfortable this way. I never had any trouble with mine creeping up on me, but I guess everyone is different. They do make two models, one long and one that only goes to the midrift. I have the tuck in model. For times you need to carry and cant wear a coat or untucked shirt, they work well. You will need to adjust your draw to it though, its definitely not real speedy.

I use it occasionally for my Taurus lightweight snubbie. It is indeed very slow. My use it is for church, when the hug bunnies keep me from any other practical form of carry. Occasionally I also wear it to more formal occasions when my suit won't conceal a handgun well. You definitely need to practice with it. It's a last ditch carry kind of thing, but it does work.
