They all have feed equally well in the 1911s I shoot the most, my Springfield Loaded and Colt 1991A1. Granted the 1991A1 has had the ramp polished. All have been 100%. If 230 Gr ball doesn't feed 100%, send the gun back to the manufacturer.

Are we talking about HP ammo? The 200 Gr and 185 Gr have proven themselves more difficult to feed in some guns. The Gold Dots and Winchester Ranger/SXT line can also be problematic as they have a very flat profile. The Golden Sabers and HydraShoks are known to feed pretty consistantly.

So far, Fiocchi, Blazer, PMC, Hydra Shoks and home made loads have all fed well & 100% reliably through my USP 45.

So far, everything I've fed it has been chewed up and spit out to my total satisfaction. (But Glocks aren't known for being picky, right? :D)

I've run mostly ball ammo through it, and that has predominantly been S&B and PMC.
