I'm looking for a Belly Band, for when I walk the dog. Something I can wear under a loose shirt. I don't want a belt holster, because many times, I'm just wearing athletic shorts that have an elastic waistband.

I'd like to be able to carry a handgun (and maybe a small flashlight and OC spray).

Thanks for any ideas.

Steve

I had a bellyband, but it really didn't work well for me, especially driving.
DeSantis makes a nice bellyband.
Have you see the Soft Holster? It's a shoulder holster made to wear under a shirt. Soft Holster is a horizontal rig, Kangaroo holster is a vertical.
Check them out.
Good luck.

I use a desantis belly band for dog walking and jogging. It holds even larger pistols fairly well. While I dont want to go jogging with a 40 oz pistol, i did try carrying one i the bellyband while walking in the house, and it held the pistol very well. I usually slip my s&w 642, and a knife inside it for jogging, and may add a flashlight when walking at night.

By far the best bellyband ever made is the Be Secure brand that Gunslinger used to sell before he passed away. I've used them daily now for coming up on four years. Excellent construction, and even hides full size guns extreamly well. I'm on my second one.

If anybody has the contact information for Be Secure I would be really glad. I don't have any idea how to contact them.
