16 inch barrel, standard carbine gas and buffer. I have no idea what the gas port size is, what ever DSA was using at the time.
All of the normal warnings about non-standard loading information and always think before you leap. Look for valid known resources. I'm just some crazy old fat guy that sits in the sun at a pick nick table shooting.
At the beginning of your message, insert in BOLD type a no-uncertain-terms cautionary note, for example:

I keep a running listing of all of my loads and those with multiple tests are averaged, thus the entry with X.75 FPS. Also I have standardized with the bullet/powder combination listed to 19.0 grains of H110 for 2302.0 FPS with OAL of 2.000 inches. And no it is an anomaly to get less velocity with greater charges of powder. But that's what the chronograph showed. (71 test shots with the 19.0 grains, 24 test shots with the 19.5 grains, 22 test shots with the 20.0 grains and 18 with the longer 19.0 grains) I don't consider it a valid average with less than 15 samples. Also, look at 'Lil'Gun', it runs well with heaver bullets (147/150 range for me) that are not maxed out.
Looking forward to your reports.

Dad and I went out and shot today...reloads functioned great. Rest was so-so and dad (old man) was shooting...LOLOL. 19 grains seems to have been the best, but he said his rest was kind of shaky so we will retest soon.

Good deal. The 110 VMAX makes a good 300 BLK load.
I have had good luck with Speer 125 TNTs (H110) and 155 AMAX (AA1680) so some other things to look at.
Alliant 2400 is another powder to look at for 110-125 grain bullets.
While I have had a few groups around 1 inch, but most of them run around 1.5 inches at 100 yards.
So, have fun with the 300 BLK. I enjoy mine.

So far so good. I was pleasantly surprised that it shot as well as it did. Thanks for the input.

I've gotten very good results with Lil' Gun for my 300 BLK loads.
For 125 and 135 gr SMKs I use 17 gr of Lil' Gun.
COL for 125 gr - 2.06"
COL for 135gr - 2.12"

I have done a bit of tweaking loads for my bolt gun in 300 BO. I mostly shoot sub sonics but just last week worked up this hyper velocity 155gr load.
These were confirmation 5 shot groups fired at 100 yards back to back. They measured just over 1/2" each. Averages 1980FPS at the muzzle.
Keeping an eye on this thread. I've loaded 125 gr Speer bullets over Lilgun for ops checking my AR15 in 300 Blackout and am now awaiting the tax stamp for my Cyclone Suppressor. In the meantime, I did work up some 200gr subs using AA 1680 for fun.
The whole premise on building this caliber AR was for a suppressed rifle using subs. Am chomping at the bit to screw on the suppressor and work up some loads......if I ever get the damn stamp in.
The pic is an old one with the Sightmark on it but I've since installed a Primary Arms site on it.

I'm also waiting for my stamp. I'm putting an AAC SDN-6 on my 300 AAC. I haven't started to load subsonic yet, I'm gonna wait til I actually get the suppressor before I start loading subs.
