Fulton Armory (http://www.fulton-armory.com/M1-Carbine-Parts.aspx) has a good selection of M1 Carbine parts. Also, when buying a single pin it is wise to add other common parts like extractor / ejector, common failure parts so you have spares. While not the lowest prices Fulton Armory generally has the items and gets them shipped.

With Fulton Armory, you can be pretty darned sure that any part they sell you has gaged as serviceable/within spec. I buy from eBay, too, but it's sort of a crap shoot that relies on a bit of luck and judgment.
