Starting as early as Feb 2013 assistant examiners would check the application for common errors. Nearly all applications went through this process starting about mid year.

When the assistants found them to be in order they transfer them to the examiner's queue. This step is now called 2nd Pending.

Having just taken a college levels stats class, I appreciate your boredom. Maybe you can do some multivariate cluster analysis on the nfa tracker data? Anything that will make my eform 1 go faster......

PS. Vicki is telling me end of Jan (9mo after 1st Pending) on these. I had called to see if my 3 supressors from early summer were pending and they all went 1st Pending between mid August and the end of August.
