No competition stuff, though. Just shootin at (or in) the range. Try to get there at least once a week if I'm in port.

Lemme know if any plans are made, I'll try to make it. Problem for me is that I work all day Sunday (bummer!)

Until I started this job I was shooting IDPA on Sun. mornings, but that's now not possible.

I'm in San Diego, el cajon to be exact. I shoot at the American Shooting Center, (gotammo.com) Magnolia Indoor Range (magrange.com) and Project 2000 Range (project2000range.com)

I'm in RB. I usually shoot at ASC on my off Fridays (every other week) and occasionally on a Saturday. Usually there as soon as the range opens. I don't compete (I'm a lousy shot), but I do enjoy sending lead down range!
One of these days, I need to find a safe and legal place in the desert so I can shoot something other than paper!

joe, I've just been informed of an outdoor shooting area in Jacumba, which is pretty far from you, but still in the San Diego area. I think some San Diego highroaders are going out there in the beginning of March. I'll let you know once I get a solid date and time.

I'm actually out that way pretty frequently (although on my motorcycle).
I usually fill-up at that Jacumba Shell right off I8.

It's right near there. Head towards Jacumba, and go left on Old hwy 80. It's off to the right, against the hill.

Me thinks I'll toss a pistol and box of ammo on the bike next time and turn a leg-stretching stop into an impromtu range session. ;-)
