Forming a public gun range

Not sure if this is in the right spot, but hopefully y'all can help me with this. I got around to thinking the other day about what I would really like to do, and I think it would be to own a public gun range--specifically, the type of range I would want to go to (ie, NFA stuff, valid FFL for selling / transferring firearms, CCW training, maybe some IDPA stuff, trap/5stand/sporting clays, etc.). However, does a gun range need any special permits for renting out guns, specifically NFA items? This idea is at least several years from coming about, if its even possible (since I am just a college student), so all I am really looking for is a shove in the right direction for information. Eventually when I have some money I think I'll pay someone qualified to research all the necessaries, but it would be nice to know if what I am planning is even legally possible.

I guess what I am trying to say is that if I have the land, the insurance, the guns, the clean-up tools, etc., what national forms would I need (besides obvious dealer FFL)?

Pre-emptive thanks for any help rendered (and if this dream ever comes true, perhaps a free day when I am set up and good to go :p )
