I installed the Trijicon front and two Novak rears on my 92FS. It's good but I wish I had something easier to see. No I'm not old but it could be better. I'm considering installing the Novak bar/dot night sights. What does everyone else prefer that works either day or night?

I'm taking for granted this is for a semi...probably a Beretta - right?

Best overall IMO is a Bomar type.

Understand I grew up with revolvers and 1911 style, I never personally got into night sights.

See they took the sights off the guns I learned on. Beads off the shotguns too.

I do have a 3 dot on a Keltec P-11, most times they are penciled in and dark. I have shot one with the Ashley Express front sight ( low profile whatever they call it) and very good.

My eyes are getting older and I've used and liked the Ashley Express. Heinie Straight 8's.

I would pobably , for me, just worry about front sight being "enhanced" only.

The fix sights on revolvers never did , not do they now give me problems. I have no problem with the orange/red ramp front sight only for hunting or a white testors paint job for eyes getting older.

I'm still learning tho'...but a few times the front bead did come off a shotgun while competing , I did not notice it was missing per se'...and did make it to the shoot off.

I did magage to have a "stage" run into my gun and steal the front sights off a 1911 and a J frame BUG a time or two...

Better experienced can help. IIRC Correia uses the Ashley.

For CCW I also guess, not Target only?

Right now I can't carry except for work so it would be for home and range until that changes. It doesn't really need to be night sights per say but it does need to be visable and user friendly.
