Watching TV during Super Bowl. Commercial for the new "24" series. Kiefer Sutherland is walking towards the camera with his left arm around a girl. He has a semi-auto in his right hand and is firing several shots.. did I see it right? The shell casings are ejecting across his face from right to left. If he is firing a semi with his right hand (indicating it is not a left hand semi) would not the shells eject to his right and not across his face?

On a side note on Super bowl commercial. Bob Dylans commercial for Chrysler went on about American built , Detroit, America this and that.... etc........but is not Chrysler owned mostly by Fiat...an Italian company??????

I don't know about the gun, but Chrysler has been doing all it can to make Americans forget that it is owned by FIAT. Yes, Chryslers are built in the U.S., but so was my Toyota Camry.

Didn't see the "24" commercial. American built means built in America, presumably by Americans. Lots of foreign companies have production set up in America with products produced by Americans.

Yeah, Chrysler is now owned by a foreign company, but...

Looks like the shells are actually going behind his head, with maybe one hitting him on the top of the head.

Chrysler is at least 50% owned by FIAT, the cars FIAT import into the US are produced in Mexico with Chrysler built engines and were redesigned for the US market. But then again the cars FIAT sells in Italy are built in Poland. :D

He's walking east, and the wind is blowing real hard from the south.
Blowing the blank cases over his head at 45 degrees.

Sun spots made the bottom of the front-wheel drive cars floor pan catch on fire and continue to burn where there is nothing flammable to burn.

The explosion & smoke in the background was caused by a bum living in a dumpster setting his house on fire when he passed out and dropped his crack pipe lighter in his Ripple bottle collection.

(NO BUMS WERE HARMED DURING THE FILMING OF THIS MOVIE)

It's a movie trailer.
It's not real.
What else do you need to know?

Old wagon wheels seem to turn backwards on TV and some tires on cars also, why?

Not a lot of on-topic in this thread. Movies often make mistakes and digital effects create even more room for error.
