Has anyone seen a device that allows you to attach a pistol to the underside of a rifle with rails? Reason being, I want to make something like that for fun, BUT I'd rather not if someone else has made it before. I did a little searching and found nothing, but I'd like to make sure.

I don't think anyone makes such a thing, since it is pretty ridiculous.

"Fun" will cost you $200 for an ATF SBR tax stamp.;)

People buy ridiculous gun gimmicks all the time.

Take a look USFA Zipgun, its a .22 that takes 10-22 mags and has the ability to be mounted under a long gun.....If you plan on doing something like this you need a NFA tax stamp if the pistol barrel is under 16"

PBR, thanks for the advice. That's why I posted this idea under the NFA, since it would be considered an NFA device. Also, I can't make it (Iowa laws are awesome!) but I would like to design a new product and have a patent on it or something (trying to become an engineer...)

It IS shoulder stocked.....see the picture?

-Designed to be fired from the shoulder? Check
-Barrel length of less than 16".....Check

It's NFA as shown.

Similiarly, the "Masterkey" shotgun attached below an AR is a Short Barreled Shotgun:
