how can i find out the age of a savage 24 series .22/20 ga. combo gun? the serial is e600300. thanks, craig

I'd suggest calling Savage's Customer Service people ([413] 568-7001) and asking them.

FWIW, the 20 gauge barrel combo didn't come out until 1964, so it is no older than that.
