CNN is doing a gun control poll. Go to this link, scroll down to the bottom and right. Of you're on a mobile device, switch to the full/desktop site first.
Please check it out and let them know what you think of more gun control laws being needed.

74% against us at this point.

I searched edition.cnn and clicked on the first link instead of clicking yours so it doesn't look like all the traffic comes from a gun forum. Voted, 73% against us. Hopefully more will vote.

Only 665 votes so far so...

71% against us right now. Then again, it's CNN so it's to be expected.

Their International page get more hits from foreign readers, it's worded as an out of the country focus in on the US. Just my opinion and how I read it.

I agree, but of course I still voted.

And why would you ask foreigners about US policy? It's like asking us if England should stop drinking tea.

On a more positive note, this editorial ran in the Cleveland Plain Dealer

THE CPD is one of the most liberal leaning major newspapers in our area. To see one of the editorial staff being permitted to publish this at least offers a glimmer that folks are starting to see the truth of the issue.

74% against us at this point.

You almost sound surprised. And none of us should be. CNN is far from unbiased. The only way to make it more skewed is if it were on Huffington post.

Just voted. Score is 65-35 them. I don't understand, Yahoo! is hardcore anti gun yet every time they post some new propaganda article the comments sections are flooded with gun right supporters. I'd say at least 95%. Same thing with Facebook gun control groups being overwhelmed by gun right supporters(Bloomberg's page being a good example).

I no longer see the poll.

A CNN poll will show whatever CNN wants it to show, no matter how often Wolf Blitzer has to vote.

Still, vote anyway.

51% in our favor. Now the question is how long until CNN removes the poll...

Let's make this an honest effort on our part and only vote once in the poll, but we should make every effort to get friends, family, and colleagues to vote against more pointless laws restricting the rights of the law abiding.

Another vote for no.

66% no / 34% yes

Yes it's just a silly online poll, but if it swings in their favor you can bet it will be drudged up as 'fact' for the next anti-gun article.
"See, even our own polling shows most people favoring more gun control".
If it's not in their favor, then it quietly gets deleted and not heard from again.

That's exactly it. That's why we keep hitting these polls. Not to mention the people voting in favor of gun control can see they are in the minority which may dent their belief that 'most Americans want this'.

Just voted - it's 50/50 at the moment.
This is a poll by Ted Turner's Communist News Network so I believe it will reflect the anti-gun bias of it's likely viewers

now some soccer poll...they never leave those polls up as long as that one- i suspect they were leaving it up to swing the percentage back to the gun control side
