Auggie:
Western Reserv Co was a trade name use by Hopkins & Allen Arms co around 1912=1913. On the water table under the right barrel is stamped "Pat Applied For" and under the left barrel is "S.B. & CO", which is a European barrel maker. The Firing pins have large button heads. The side lock mechanism is very simple, with three moving parts and two springs.

So, what more information are you looking for? The maker was Hopkins and Allen, made around the turn of the 29th century. Research Hopkins and Allen and you will find a lot of information. Not a real high dollar item and you also didn't give any indication of condition.:)
