I am going to DC with my two boys next week. I've been there many times, but its been years. I am really looking forward to seeing the new WWII memorial.

It is a shame that it has taken so long for this memorial to be built. I think the idea has been kicking around Congress for as long as Hitler has been dirt and ashes.

It is beautiful, and is worthy of the presence on the National Mall that it has received.
